Paddy Power Office Fitout
Tritech have been appointed as the mechanical services provider to a 120,000sq/ft office fitout. Creative Space Services are the managing contractor and Delap & Waller are the consulting M+E engineers. The project consists of the installation of 250 multi service chilled beams, 50 Fan coil units, ventilation, chilled water, LPHW and associated plant & BMS controls.
