Project Scope of Work:
- Supply, installation and commissioning of a centralised boilerhouse which provides geothermal underfloor heating through teh use of a ground source heat pump to the office/social block. Underfloor heating circuits in the office/social block and a heat recovery AHU which fed from the geothermal LPHW circuit.
- Supply, installation and commissioning Soils & Wastes,HWS,HWSR,CWS boosted,LPHW circuits via underground to a separate residential block. Kitchen extract system, extract fans and associated ductwork. Heat Recovery AHU serving the administration area.
- Supply, Installation and commissioning of BMS for the control and monitoring of all mechanical services.
