
OPW Measured Term Maintenance Contract

Mechanical Services Maintenance & Task Projects:
Tritech Engineering (Maintenance Division) provides emergency a plumbing repair service in 300 public buildings throughout the Dublin Metropolitan area. Call-outs have priority ratings ranging from a 4 hour to 7 day response.
Our Procedures for co-ordinating maintenance response calls;
Stage 1:
- PJ Hegarty & Sons issue an email with the job details in pdf format. The job sheet provides us with the following information, priority level, address, contact details & nature of the call-out.
- This email is electronically filled in our headoffice and automatically sent via e-mail to our maintenance manager who coordinates the mobilisation of a maintenance engineer.
Stage 2:
- Tritech Engineering’s maintenance engineer’s have remote e-mail access and GPS navigation through the use of handheld PDA’s.
- Our maintenance engineer attends the site to carry out the repair. If replacement equipment is required, the maintenance engineer places his order from the site via his PDA to our purchasing department. This email is received and processed by our purchasing department. When the equipment is available, we return to site and complete the works. A summary progress sheet is updated at the end of each working day and issued to PJ Hegarty & Sons.
Task Projects:
- Tritech Engineering (Maintenance Division) have completed task projects to a number of OPW buildings in association with PJ Hegarty & Sons. Examples include;
- Garda Ombudsman Building - Installation of Tea Stations
- Air Corps, Baldonnel Aerodrome - Toilet Area Upgrades
- Coolock Station - Toilet Area Upgrades
- Mount Street - Office Area Upgrade
