Project Scope of Work:
- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of a LPHW plantroom with associated circuits, calorifier, AHU circuits. Water & Wastes services to all rooms, fit-out of dental and practisionaries, central AHU with LPHW heating from existing boiler plant and cooling with DX condenser, all associated ductwork, fittings, insulation & diffusers to serve medical centre areas. Building Management System controls integrated into the existing site network.
