Dining Area
- Ceiling ducted Fan Coil Units, associated ventilation ductwork and waterside controllers.
- Chilled water, mains, cold & hot water services pipework.
Kitchen Area
- UV Canopies and associated ventilation ductwork to serve the various kitchen areas.
- Mains, cold & hot water services to serve the various kitchen & preparation areas.
- Kitchen gas detection system and associated gas services pipework.
- Grease traps, solid interceptors and associated wastes pipework.
- Building management system for the control and monitoring of all mechanical services.
