Project Scope of Work:
- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a LPHW plantroom with associated radiator circuits, calorifier, AHU circuits. Water & Waste services to all sanitary fittings. Central AHU’s with LPHW heating & DX cooling, all associated ductwork, fittings, insulation & diffusers to serve kitchen & day care rooms. Medical gases to select areas. BMS controls & front end interface. Chlorination & chemical treatment.
- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a full building management system for the control and monitoring of all mechanical services & front end interface.
- Lead co-ordinator for all specialist services
