Project Scope of Work:
- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a LPHW plantroom with associated radiator circuits, Central AHU’s with LPHW heating & DX cooling, all associated ventilation ductwork, fittings, insulation & diffusers to serve kitchen and day care areas.
- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of a full building management system for the control & monitoring of all mechanical services. Third Floor apartments are individually metered and communicates to the cylon controller which can be accessed through a remote PC. This is a post pay system.
- Supply, installation & testing of MWS,HWS, CWS plant & pipework, gas pipework serving the building. 1 No. 5,000 & 1No. 1,000 Litre indirect LPHW heated calorifier’s were installed to provide HWS to the Apartments, Care Facilities & kitchen.
- Lead co-ordinator for all specialist services
